Resignation of Non-Executive Directors

Hastie Group Limited (ASX:HST) advises that both Lindsay Phillips and Harry Boon have today resigned as non-executive directors of Hastie Group.

The Chairman, Phillip Anderson, thanked each of them for their invaluable support and guidance of the Company during their term of office.
