Market Update – Waiver of Review Event

As previously announced, the suspension of the Company’s shares from trading constitutes a Review Event under the Syndicated Facility Agreement (SFA) entered into between the Company and its banking syndicate.  The Company is pleased to advise that it has now been notified by the banking syndicate that it has waived the Review Event and will take no further action in respect of it under the SFA.
