About Us
Optimus is a leading provider of mechanical services and associated systems for retail, commercial, health, education and other industries. In over 30 yearswe have installed over 400 air-conditioning modules throughout Australia and have established a track record of providing innovative and reliable solutions.
We have an experienced team based in Sydney but can offer our expertise throughout Australia through our parent company, Hastie Group. Our people include specialists from every aspect of a projects development, from engineering and drafting, to project management, installation and commissioning. We also subcontract other services such as duct manufacture and electrical.
Optimus has won several awards for our innovative design, including the “Sir William Hudson Award” (from the Australian Institute of Engineers) for our work with the Capitol Theatre in Sydney.
Other major projects we have completed include Westfields Bondi Junction, Erina Shopping Centre, NIB Newcastle, Lake Macquarie Private Hospital and the Sydney Adventist Hospital.
